Our peer support groups offer a chance for you to talk about your experiences with other parents or carers in similar positions. We ask how everyone’s week has been and you can share as much or as little as you would like. We think about self-care and how you as the parent or carer can best look after yourself.

You can choose to have your camera on or off and there is never any pressure to share, you can just be there and listen if that is what you need.
